Dr. Jacqueline Boutrouille has been board certified in psychiatry and addiction for more than 20 years. Along with her devotion and commitment to the field of addiction, Dr. Boutrouille has gained long experience in providing care for detoxification and relapse prevention. She has also been recognized and honored in Broward County for her dual diagnosis skills. For the past 6 years, Dr. Boutrouille has been assisting professors for PGCME courses in West Palm Beach. When she is not working at her private practice, she enjoys working with young physicians and sharing her knowledge and expertise about substance abuse.

Dr. Audrey La Noce is a fourth-year psychiatry resident based out of University Hospital and Medical Center in Tamarac who will soon be graduating in June 2017. She has been under the expert training of Dr. Jacqueline Boutrouille for the last four years in the field of addiction medicine and will be joining her practice after graduation.

Dr. La Noce has experience treating patients at all levels of care and is well versed in a mutli modal treatment approach that includes medications as well as education, therapy and compassionate care. She is very passionate about teaching and believes that patients will be more engaged in their recovery when they feel that they have a good understanding of the addiction and recovery process. Having undergone more than 10,000 hours of Osteopathic Medical training in New York as a part of her medical training, she is well rounded in the idea of treating patients as whole person.

Dr. La Noce has been described as a “ball of energy” in her residency program, delivering multiple case presentations in the field of addiction at conferences across the country, and consistently ranking in the top percentile in the US amongst her peers on psychiatric exams.

Jim Hausler is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and is registered with the BCIA, Biofeedback Certification International Alliance. Jim holds a Dual Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage, Family, Couples Counseling & Therapy. He has worked in Dual Diagnosis Treatment settings (Mental Health and Addiction) including his own private practice and psychiatric hospitals, having worked in all levels of care from inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient since 2002.

Jim appreciates working with clients in helping them to develop their strengths and find balance. He also has an appreciation for bringing the technology of Neurofeedback into the addiction community to further assist clients to achieve their goals. Jim provides qEEG LORETA Neurofeedback and Mental Health Counseling and he is excited to offer different therapeutic modalities to his clients to best serve their needs at Agape A.I.M.

Charlotte Day is a dedicated woman with a passion to serve God and help other people recover from the disease of addiction. She serves as a Certified Addiction Professional who takes a hands-on approach by working with others in the recovery community.

She has been able to create and develop Christian substance abuse programs and has organized large Christian outreaches for the community including Christian Recovery Concerts and convocations to promote recovery in the community. She has been a featured speaker at numerous largely attended events and retreats.  Charlotte facilitates a successful Women’s healing ministry in the local area, and has the privilege of serving as a guest associate pastor for Pratt Memorial Holy Spirit Church.  Charlotte has appeared on the Trinity Broadcasting Network and has directed and performed in several videos pertaining to Christianity and the twelve steps.

Charlotte has a music degree and was a successful performer in the entertainment business until she heard the call for a higher purpose. Music and the arts are a powerful way to help people heal from the ravages of addiction. Music speaks to the heart and can promote healing to the soul.  My mission is to bring healing and God’s love to people who are hurting and looking for a better way of life.  I owe everything to the one who I love, Jesus.

Born Yancey Taylor Jr. into an already musically cultivating environment, his parents instilled all the necessary characteristics early in YANCEY’S life to nurture his creative potential while living in Long Island. Since childhood YANCEY not only excelled in singing, but as a dancer mastering modern, jazz, and tap. Besides his family’s musical background, YANCEY also found outside musical influences from the likes of the immaculate Michael Jackson, James Brown, David Ruffin, and Usher. Talents such as these would soon help feed YANCEY’S professional desires to become a singer.

YANCEY has made appearances in commercials, television programs, secured starring roles off-Broadway, and became a regular performer during halftime shows at many NBA games in Madison Square Garden. YANCEY received his first major opportunity when, as the lead singer of the young R&B group Engage, got signed to MCA.

Yancey, now known as NUMERO UNO has continued to sharpen his skills as a singer, performer, and producer.

Liz Hall (CPT, CGT, CYT) is the owner of Strides On Site, a company dedicated to on-site fitness solutions. Originally from Michigan, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in marketing, Liz believes that wellness encompasses much more than simply working out.  Her personal journey included losing over 100 pounds and educating herself on the importance of nutrition.  Liz will be overseeing the wellness piece of the programming including fitness and nutrition education. Liz works in various medical facilities and with different groups to customize for each individual, encourage, motivate and inspire a healthier lifestyle.

Sandra Ramirez, MS, RDN, LDN graduated Cum Laude from the Masters in Health and Nutrition Program at Hawthorn University. Sandra also holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in Food Science and Human Nutrition.   She has over ten year of experience working as a Registered, Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist and health coach. Sandra prefers a naturopathic approach to healing when appropriate. As way to further support her clients achieve their health goals, Sandra took on additional training in holistic health. Sandra is a Level II Reiki practitioner and a Kundalini yoga teacher.  Sandra facilitates workshops on a variety of health topics such as the importance of eating whole foods, cardiovascular health, and the negative health consequences of eating sugary foods. She does kitchen makeovers, menu plans, and private nutrition consultations as she is passionate about enhancing people’s lives through adequate nutrition. Sandra is a firm believer in how the foods that we consume affects the way we feel today and in the future. Sandra works well one-on-one with clients, families, and older adults for a variety of issues that include weight loss, healthy eating and lifestyle, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, kidney disease, IBS, food intolerance, disordered eating and many more. She is committed to inspire clients to create sustainable practices that will help them achieve their health goals.

Cherish Lemieux is a very hard working individual who strives to work with integrity and live by principals that always serve a purpose for growth and achievement. She has worked in the substance abuse industry for 7 years.

She started her career path with billing, furthering her goals to Utilization Management to better maximize her skills and expertise. Ms. Lemieux has worked in admissions, handling VOB’s (Verification of Benefits), Intakes, Assessments, and at times assisted the clinical team in Bio-Psycho Socials. Previously, She was the Director of Utilization Review for an organization where her responsibilities included: working with Admission’s to coordinate client’s to have their Assessments for the preparation of the Pre-Authorizations. Acquired Pre-Authorizations for patients, as well as maintaining financial in house charts and obtaining Concurrent/Continued Stay Reviews for clients. Supervision of staff, coordination of patient data with CEO and Executive Assistant for claims to be sent to the billing company, reviewed clinical charts for the particular patient that is need of either the Pre-cert or the Concurrent Review. She performed full chart audits requested by the insurance companies which included analyzing and comparing billing with the dates of service, that coincide to the clinical services that were provided. Worked closely with Clinical Director on patient diagnosis, progress, admission, discharge, and data. She is a team player who is approachable and willing to help others.

Ms. Lemieux strives to always excel and do what is in the best interest of the patient.  She has a passion and a drive to be successful for the benefit of the organization and its clients.

Ariel Li is a visionary, healer and life coach. Born in the islands of Trinidad and Tobago, Ariel migrated to the U.S. in 2007 and completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2012 at Florida International University. Currently enrolled in the Certified Addiction Counselor program and Master of Social Work at F.I.U, Ariel aspires to pursue a life long career in mental health counseling and treatment.

Ariel demonstrates strong Christian characteristics and Is diverse in biblical teaching, support group management, discipleship and servant leadership. Her desire for individual success has enabled her to excel in treatment planning, collaboration and referral. She believes that continuity of care, accessibility, accountability and efficiency will assist clients in long term recovery.

Apart from recovery, Ariel has established a lifestyle brand called “Kingdom Livin ” that promote radical Christianity through community outreach.

Diego was able to overcome his demons through Substance abuse treatment and then followed road influenced by the 12-step fellowship program. Diego has dedicated his life to helping others suffering from the disease of addiction and has become a respected advocate for recovery. Diego continues to bring the message of Hope through his speaking engagements throughout south florida and other parts of the country. Diego is on a lifetime mission to make sure every addict gets the help that they deserve.

Diego serves the Addict and the Recovery community with his heart and passion to save and change lives.

Tatiana Green is a business professional with over 5 years of experience in providing support to various organizations in terms of the impact of addiction on the community, sober coaching, clinical interventions, counseling, hypnosis, mentoring and community outreach. Tatiana’s personal triumph over the effects that drugs, alcohol and mental illness had on her life have given her insight in to the mind of the addicted individual and the ability to create a background of relatedness. She is trained through CPRR as a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor Trainee, certified as a hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists and certified as a recovery coach through the New York Certification Board.

As an entrepreneur and business executive she lives a life of service and is a stand for integrity and contribution. Most importantly she is a free woman today as she states on her interviews with the media. She was recently featured on the News12 “Heroin Diaries” series and in the “Combat Heroin” campaign with nationwide television commercials launched by the commissioner of OASAS. Tatiana’s life purpose is to use her story as a force to inspire others struggling with addiction, alcoholism and mental illness to positively transform their lives and fulfill on what’s important to them.

Companies such as Samaritan Village, Ambrosia Treatment Centers, Aion Recovery have utilized her skills and expertise. Dedicated to making a difference she currently works as Vice President of Business Development at Agape Aim where she lives out her mission reaching the community at large and enrolls people into the treatment process every day.

In addition, she is on the advisory committee for F.I.S.T (Families in Support of Treatment), a non-profit organization that connects families and creates public awareness events about addiction. She is heavily involved with the Department of Education and has implemented workshops in high schools for adolescents struggling to graduate, with topics such as recovery; bullying, trauma and leadership through a non-profit she has developed called “The Natalie Foundation”

Tatiana’s impeccable communication skills, motivational interviewing skills and coaching abilities enable her to connect with her clients on a deep level empowering each person to discover what’s possible for them. The people she works with begin their journey in fear and pain. She works with each person or family on an individual basis developing a recovery, intervention, treatment or continuing care plan so they may breakthrough this pain and fear.
